SPA POLICY
Welcome to our spa
We are open from 9 am to 9 pm from Sunday to Tuesday. When you arrive you will need a few minutes to compete a short lifestyle questionnaire to help us recommend the best spa treatments for you. If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions we should be aware of there is space on the form to let us know.
If you ever feel uncomfortable during your treatment please let your therapist know. They are always happy to adjust the massage pressure, room temperature, music or wait if you need a bathroom break.
After your treatment we recommend you wait a few hours before showing to allow the massage oil to be absorbed by your skin. This will leave your skin feeling hydrated while receiving the oil's healing benefits.
Please be on time, turn of your mobile devices and relax. Children are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving a treatment.
Staff may conclude the treatment in the case of clients behaving inappropriately.
24 hours notice is required for cancellations. If less notice is given, half of the full treatment fee will be charged.
No shows will incur the full treatment fee. All packages and products are nonrefundable.
